I was grateful for the free shuttle to the beach. The location was fairly close to the beach and main streets. I appreciated that it was very quiet inside the hotel. I found the staff to be very nice and attentive.
My first impression was that the reception had signs asking for reviews for a free inhaler. I felt the online pictures made the hotel look better than it was in person. The room felt cramped. I noticed that the toilet and shower were in separate glass stalls and lacked privacy.

a reflective stay

i enjoyed the two swim-up bars at the pools , and the 2-for-1 cocktail deals in the afternoons were a treat. the breakfast had many choices , ranging from eastern to western dishes , so i always found something to eat. i was very glad to see fresh eggs at one station.
i noticed the hotel is quite open , so i got wet waiting for a taxi when it rained. also , the pool walls looked like they could use a good scrubbing. the smell was too strong , and they used some kind of perfuming in both the rooms and throughout the hotel.

the room i had opened onto a river pool , and it also had a pool bar. extra towels were provided quickly when i requested them. the room was large and designed wonderfully with a river pool.

the architecture included intricate metalwork. sculptures and fountains were visible everywhere. lush plants provided privacy throughout the grounds.. the staff was excellent. i especially thank pé, aom, aem, mo, boy, k2, spain, kae, nuch, light and bow for their very nice service.
the hotel description did not mention it is an absolute non-smoking hotel.

Charming Details and Excellent Service

The hotel's design shows attention to detail. The low chimes created a relaxing atmosphere. Tiny lights even illuminated the pools at night. The staff organized all our activities and taxis, very helpful .
The rooms are small. The bathroom felt particularly cramped. There was only one bedside table, and the room lacked sufficient space. There is no bar longe.

The staff was very cute at all times. The hotel design exhibited amazing details. I particularly enjoyed the upgraded room I received without even requesting it. The on-site food options satisfied my culinary expectations.
The drainage system near the Oasis wing emitted a noticeable odor.

the architecture had a real thai feel! the staff worked hard so guests could enjoy their stay.
I found a MAJOR problem. the tv did not offer international channels. paying for netflix became necessary. This added an unexpected cost. also, the villa was like it needed tlc. The advertised pictures showed something better than reality.
